First Service Preferred Customer Club Program:

  1. Check thermostat operation
  2. Change filter
  3. Check for carbon monoxide
  4. Lubricate moving parts
  5. Check gas valve operation
  6. Check system safeties
  7. Check combustion flue vent
  8. Check amperage of indoor port
  9. Visual on blower wheel
  10. Check capacitor
  11. Check gas connections
  12. Heat pump: Make sue reversing valve is operational
  13. Visually check burner assembly
  14. Visually inspect heat exchanger
  15. Clean off return air grill
  16. Inspect return air box
  17. Heat Pump: Check refrigerant charge and add up to a half pound (if needed)

First Service Preferred Customer Club Program

  1. Check thermostat operation
  2. Change filter
  3. Lubricate motors, as applicable
  4. Check refrigerant charge — add up to a half pound, if needed
  5. Check and clean contacts
  6. Check low side refrigerant pressure
  7. Check high side refrigerant pressure
  8. Check operation of metering device
  9. Check amperage of condensing fan motor
  10. Check the amperage of evaporator fan motor
  11. Check amperage of compressor
  12. Check supply air temperature
  13. Check return air temperature
  14. Visual on blower wheel
  15. Check capacitors
  16. Visual check on condenser coil
  17. Visual leak check
  18. Heat pump: Make sure reversing valve is operational
  19. Inspect return air box
  20. Clean off return air grill
  21. Check electrical connections
