Hi, I'm Shayde Dominguez, Field Supervisor for First Service. I’m 25 years old with 4 years of experience in the HVACR industry. My faith is the foundation of my life, and I am deeply devoted to the Lord. Alongside my faith, I absolutely love what I do HVACR isn't just a job for me, it's a true passion that I think about constantly (even spotting ductwork when I'm out at restaurants!). Above all, I believe in the power of a smile and making it a priority to bring kindness and positivity to everyone I meet.
My family is another big step in my life as well as being a big family in general, I have 9 siblings in total. I am the oldest son and one older sister. A few of us are close in age but I do have 5 siblings withs age gaps of 10+. It's not always easy to get the family together and in a peaceful way but we all do care for one another very deeply. I also want to have a big family of my own one day and HVACR is the way I'm going to make it happen for my family!
